Making a Difference through the Giving Tree and Winterfest!

How Does The Giving Tree Work?

For many years we have practiced generosity through our annual participation in the Giving Tree. This year we are able to buy gifts directly from the wish lists of children selected by their schools to participate in Winterfest. These have been compiled into on master wish list on Amazon for ease of shopping. To participate in The Giving Tree, simply use the link to go to the Amazon wish list that has been compiled for ease of shopping.

In addition to the Amazon Wish Lists we are collecting new, unused coats for kids 3-14

Coats should be brought to RVCC Parkland or RVCC Graham no later than Sunday, December 6
Winterfest is a Parkland-Spanaway community event sponsored by PLU, Franklin Pierce School District, Rainier View Christian Church, and a number of South Pierce County businesses and organizations. Winterfest provides Christmas gifts for children in the Franklin Pierce School District who would otherwise go without.

Saturday, December 11 at RVCC Parkland

Winterfest is by invitation only
Participants are chosen by their schools, not by Rainier View Christian Church.
